Blue cheese but only with pickled onions. Otherwise goats cheese but only melted and mature but only on a cracker. Can have dairlea triangle on it's own though.

OK, I admire your persistence. I think my favourite cheese was introduced to me by my 1st stepmother (I had many). She was Norwegian. The cheese is called Brunost. Its v strong tasting, brown & caramel - you eat it in v thin slices. Rarely seen on sale in England unfortunately 🧀
