That’s such a tough question. It really depends on what is being served. My favorite she’s just eat plain is probably jalapeño pepper jack. And I go back-and-forth with cheddar cheese on my burger and American cheese. Great rule of thumb is anything that’s local. 👍🧀

Any and genuinely all cheeses, the stinkier the better, but currently riding high in the rankings is feta, although char grilled a lovely bit of halloumi last night
